Hi, I’m Claire and I provide Daisy First Aid classes throughout West Essex, covering Epping, Loughton, Chigwell, Harold Hill, and surrounding areas.

As a paramedic for 14 years, I received regular training in emergency life saving.  I have seen first hand how important first aid knowledge can be.

I am also a mum to two Karate World Champions aged 10 and 12 who keep me very busy with injuries both in and out of the karate Dojo and often put my training to the test!

I offer 2 hour classes either in your own home for family and friends (minimum 4 people) at a time and date that suits you or you can attend one of the classes in venues across the local area.  The classes are aimed at parents, parents to be, grandparents, babysitters, carers, in fact anyone who comes into contact with children.  The classes are fun and interactive and designed to give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with an emergency situation.  I believe that children should also have first aid knowledge which is why I provide 1 hour classes for children.

Babies under 12 months are welcome, so no need for childcare.  Classes are charged at £25 per person.
