Preparing4Care LLP (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (“the Act”), the data controller is Preparing4Care LLP of 2 Old Market Court, Miners Way, Widnes, Cheshire, WA9 7SP. Our policy complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 (Act) accordingly incorporating the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

• where applicable, any information that you provide to us if you sign up to one of our services;

This includes information provided at the time of subscribing to our publications, enquiring about our services, making a general enquiry, applying for jobs or to become a volunteer. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site; and

IP ADDRESSES


We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration.

 

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA


The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things the provision of support services.
